After joining the team and helping kick-start the rebuild in
‘23, Wilhelm Domaas stepped into 2025 as a Captain and delivered a season for
the books.

Not only did he lead the best offense in the league, he led
the entire league in Total Offense and Passing Touchdowns.

1,372 passing yards&nbsp; 84 rushing yards 17 passing TDs 2 rushing TDs

Wilhelm’s growth, as both a player and a person, elevated
this team to new heights. And he didn’t stop there. He carried that momentum
onto the international stage, sealing the win for Norway with the game-deciding
score.&nbsp;

We had several players who could have earned MVP this year.

But MVP… it’s about more than numbers.

It’s about the player the entire team can rely on, no matter
the situation.

This year’s MVP has been one of our most stable and
consistent receivers.

• ranked top 10 across multiple categories

As our punter, he saved us from countless bad situations
throughout the season, whether it was recovering a muffed snap, improvising to
get the yards we needed, or flipping the field with game-changing punts - When
injury struck, he even stepped in as a kicker.

He does the invisible work in the run game that gives us the
extra yards that matter.

He leads by example, raises the standard, and is the
ultimate teammate — a true coach’s dream

In the biggest moments, he was our difference-maker.

Our saviour when the game was on the line.

Ord fra HC Tron Enersen: Årets MVP, har et unikt blikk for
spillet, en oppofrelse som inspirerer, og en lagånd som gjør ham til en ekte
Trolls-spiller 

Det er ikke bare
ferdighetene som imponerer, men måten han setter laget først, støtter
medspillere og tar ansvar i alle situasjoner. Han er en spiller som gjør de
andre rundt seg bedre. I tillegg er han en motstander som resten av amerikansk
fotball Norge frykter, men og respekterer. Denne vinteren satte han seg mål for
sesongen. Skader og fysiske begrensninger kunne ha stoppet ham, men i stedet
har han jobbet utrettelig, trent hardt og vist en mental styrke som få kan
matche. Det er denne kombinasjonen av talent og arbeidsmoral som gjør at han
når sine mål og har gjort ham til den spilleren han er i dag. 

For meg har årets MVP vært en helt spesiell spiller å følge.
Siden jeg kom tilbake til klubben i 2020, har jeg hatt gleden – og ja, noen
ganger frustrasjonen – av å trene ham, og det samme antar jeg gjelder for han.
Det har vært en reise med flest oppturer og noen nedturer, men alltid med en
fellesnevner: hans vilje til å bli bedre

 Jeg er utrolig stolt
av hva han har oppnådd, og enda mer spent på hva som kommer videre. Vi gleder
oss til å følge hans utvikling, for vi håper dette bare er begynnelsen på hans
reise innen amerikansk fotball.

Our speaking captain finally got the chance to play his
original position again - QB

We were expecting great things from Sondre but my ohh my he
delivered more than we could have imagined. His play elevated everyone around
him, and our team was way better off thanks to Sondre

#11 showed out this fall. Out of the 5,5 games Sondre got to
play, he averaged:

• 220 pass yards, 148 rushing yards (368 total)

As the true leader Sondre is, he made cruical plays with his
feet, arm, and brain in every game.

His contagious smile and effort pleased everyone at the
club, and we thank Sondre for an amazing year at Trolls. Can’t wait to follow
your future, but first - enjoy your MVP, young buck

Denne prisen gis bare til personer som virkelig har lagt
sjela si i klubben – med et engasjement som går langt utover det vanlige.

Han tok over klubben i 2017, på et tidspunkt hvor det var
lite struktur og oversikt.Han etablerte et fungerende styre, sørget for ryddige
regnskap og sikret at klubben fulgte alle regler og krav.

Da vi sto i fare for å miste banen og klubbhuset, var han en
av dem som kjempet aller hardest.Med lidenskap, utholdenhet – og en bestemt
pekefinger flere av oss har fått kjenne på – bidro han til å holde klubben på
rett kurs.

 Stillte opp –
uansett. Selv etter at sønnene hans var ferdige i klubben, har han fortsatt å
stille opp for Trolls. Alltid.

Det er en stor glede å utnevne en svært verdig mottaker:

This season in D2 we witnessed the resurgence of a true
Trolls OG 

Peder is a gritty competitor who took massive steps forward
throughout the year. His impact on offense was outstanding — and only matched
by his dominance as a blocker in the run game 

In every game that actually went the distance (without
opponents pulling out before halftime), he delivered 100+ receiving yards
without fail.

Simply put: Peder was an offensive weapon all season long

A well-deserved Offensive Player of the Year

Prisen går til en spiller som ikke bare har levert sterke tall, men også vist lederskap, hardt arbeid og vilje til utvikling. I sin aller første sesong som quarterback tok han utfordringen på strak arm og utviklet seg til en spiller vi kunne stole på.

Stats:– 39 completions– 852 passing yards– 16 passing touchdowns– 124 rushing yards– 7 rushing touchdowns

Som kaptein motiverte han laget, kommuniserte tydelig og tok ansvar. Han jobbet tett med offensive coordinator for å forbedre både laget og seg selv. Han har vist en enorm vilje til å spille gjennom smerte, og aldri gitt opp.Vi brukte mye tid på teknikkarbeid, spesielt endzone fades, og gjennom fokus og arbeidsvilje mestret han det – noe han viste i NM-finalen. 

Han har vært med på å sikre NM-gull i 2024 og 2025, og har også startet på landslaget som wide receiver.MVP Offensive Player of the Year går til Paul Louis Charito Onshus.

Atle has been the driving force behind the league’s most
dominant defense.

Under his leadership, the defense finished #1 in total
defense, rushing defense, opponent pass efficiency, 3rd down stops, 4th down
stops, turnovers — and had four times as many sacks as the next team on the
list.

His individual performance was just as impressive:

• A game-changing 2-point conversion stop in the finals

Atle has been a leader on and off the the field for the
trolls for over a decade and now is one of our most decorated players of
All-time.

This has also given him opportunities abroad which saw Atle
become not only a Norwegian national Champ in - but also a German national
champ in 2025

An all-around powerhouse and one of the most impactful
defensive players we’ve ever had, Atle is our Back to Back Defensive Player Of
The Year

This season, Andrea exceeded every expectation as captain,
proving himself an outstanding defender and an emerging leader. He became the
backbone of our defensive unit and played a major role in turning our season
into a defensive success

A key part of his growth was his leadership. With many new
players joining the team, Andrea acted as an extension of the coaching staff —
mentoring rookies, guiding the defense, and providing calm under pressure

On the field, his performance spoke for itself. Andrea
finished as the leading tackler for Trolls in D2, showing versatility in pass
coverage, run defense, and quarterback pressure. He consistently stood out
across all six games, and his red-zone impact was exceptional.

His selection as Defensive Player of the Year is a
well-deserved recognition of his growth, performance, and leadership on and off
the field

This years defensive player of the year is a fearless
competitor and leader on and of the field. 

A hard worker in the gym, on the field and of the playbook. 

It is no secret the defensive coaches have relied heavily on
his insights and communication at practice and in the games.

He was the tackling leader, even though he missed 1 game
with an injury. 

A dominant linebacker and a true leader of the defense with
2 sacks, 2 interceptions and 6 tackles for loss.

The Trolls U-17 defensive player of the year is Arin Nordlys

This year's Coaches Awards goes to a player who has been an
outstanding ambassador for Vålerenga Trolls U17 throughout the season.

The player has made great strides – both in his skills as a
defender, but also in his understanding of the game and in the way he has
contributed to lifting the team around him.

You are one of those quiet leaders who lets the work speak
for itself, and the calm you bring to the group is more valuable than you may
realize.

At the same time, you, Tinius, are a good example of a
low-key humility. You set high standards for yourself, sometimes a little too
high, and you are often more self-critical than necessary. But it is precisely
this combination of willingness to work, responsibility and self-awareness that
makes you so important to the team.

You show that when something doesn't go quite the way you
want, you bang your helmet a little, get a little mad at yourself, and then
land a sack or a tackle for loss in the next play.

Coaches Awards går til en spiller som gjennom hele sesongen vært en fremragende
ambassadør for Vålerenga Trolls U17.

Spilleren har tatt store steg – både i sine ferdigheter som
forsvarsspiller, men også innen forståelsen av spillet og i måten han har
bidratt til å løfte laget rundt seg.

Du er en av de stille lederne som lar arbeidet snakke for
seg, og den roen du bringer inn i gruppa er mer verdifull enn du kanskje selv
skjønner.

Samtidig er du, Tinius, et godt eksempel på en lavmælt
ydmykhet. Du stiller høye krav til deg selv, noen ganger litt for høye, og du
er ofte mer selvkritisk enn nødvendig. Men det er nettopp denne kombinasjonen
av arbeidsvilje, ansvar og selvinnsikt som gjør deg så viktig for laget.

Du viser at når noe ikke går helt slik som du ønsker, så
dunker du deg litt i hjelmen, blir litt forbanna på deg selv, for så å lande en
sack eller en tackle for loss i neste spill.

This year, we’re proud to present the U17 Rookie of the Year
award to a player who has set the tone from day one. 

impressed us with his football intelligence, work ethic, and
attitude—both on and off the field.

During pre-season, he showed outstanding dedication in the
weight room and stood out as one of the hardest-working players in the squad. 

He plays with heart, shows strong determination, and even
though he’s the youngest player on the team, he is also one of the toughest. 

A young, polite and humble player with a bright future
ahead.

We are proud of you and what accomplished. 

wish we could have kept you here longer, but we’re thankful
for our time together and wish you all the best in the future.

What a weekend it was to be a Troll! Three out of three wins as our teams gain momentum for the remainder of the season.

Our ladies got their first win in the Swedish women's league with a DOMINATING 33-6 victory vs. AIK! A true display of all the hard work they've been putting in for the last couple years. And even better: A win on home turf at Jordal.

3-0! The seniors handed Kristiansand Gladiators their first loss in a scrappy 20-7 win at Jordal to stay undefeated. Our best start in years!

Another 3-0! The U17s stomped our city rival Oslo Vikings 49-6 at Frogner in a near perfect match. The grit of this team is incredible!

Job's not done as new challenges awaits U17 and the ladies this coming weekend 🔵🔴
